4. Reservation is only allowed when complete order details are given. No complete details, No reservation. Emails or Enquires without complete details will not be treated as an order
5. All items are Fixed Price.No negotiation please, as that's the lowest we can offer
6. All prices stated do not include delivery charges.
7. All items are NEW unless otherwise stated.Items are in good condition but Not for extremely fussy people
8. All items are Limited Edition and Non-Restockable unless otherwise stated
9.Good items sold are Not refundable or exchangeable.Please ensure that you have checked size and measurement accordingly.
10.No C.O.D. (No Cash On Delivery)
11. Actual colours might vary due to light setting during photoshoot and variation of computers' screen and colour resolutions
12. All communications for purchase and queries etc are through Online Only.
13. Local delivery by Pos Laju only. No Pos Express.
14. International delivery by Registered International Standard Airmail or International Pos Laju
15. Due to time limitation, track number CANNOT be given to each customer after each delivery BUT we will let u know the delivery date.
